On or before June 30, 2026, Pana must notify Ramsey in writing whether it wishes to extend the Agreement for one additional school year or allow it to terminate at the end of the 2026-2027 school year; if Pana elects to extend, Ramsey must notify Pana in writing no later than June 30, 2027 of its agreement to extend or its election to terminate. If neither party serves notice of termination, the Agreement automatically extends for one additional school year.
