The LSU Board is asked to authorize a new 30-year ground lease with the Zeta Zeta Alumni Association of Delta Kappa Epsilon, Incorporated for continued operation of its fraternity house on the LSU A&M campus, at a nominal annual rent of $10. The agreement uses LSU’s standard Greek housing lease form and does not include immediate construction or renovation work.
