Sanctuary Mud 2 Of Denton County Awards Professional Services Contract to Titan Utility Services Llc (June 2026)

Not-to-exceed $1,500,000.00 over five (5) years

PROFESSIONAL_SERVICES

Initial one (1) year term from date of award, with option for four (4) additional one (1) year extensions; total potential term five (5) years, plus up to six (6) additional months at City option

Initial one-year contract term with four optional one-year renewals exercised at the City's sole discretion; contract automatically renews annually on the award date unless the supplier provides written non-renewal notice to the Purchasing Manager at least 60 days prior to each renewal date. The City may further extend the contract as needed for up to six additional months beyond the final renewal term, and annual price adjustments up to ±8% may be requested with 60 days’ notice before each renewal.
