The Town of Devon and The Black Gold School Division are proposing a School Reserve Planning & Allocation Agreement to coordinate how municipal and school reserve lands are planned, allocated, and transferred for future school sites. The agreement will commence upon signing in 2026 and remain in effect with reviews every five years until mutually terminated.
