Henry County maintains an ongoing professional services contract with the Bi-State Regional Commission to prepare and update the Henry and Stark Counties Multi-Jurisdictional Local Hazard Mitigation Plan, approved by FEMA for 2025–2030. The City of Geneseo is now adopting the plan through Resolution R-26-13, enabling eligibility for FEMA mitigation funding.
