Master Contract effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Parties are not required to renew; any subsequent Master Contract must be renegotiated prior to June 30, 2027. If a new contract is not executed by June 30, 2027, this contract remains in force until terminated or replaced. Rates remain unchanged each July 1–June 30 period unless modified by a duly executed amendment. Future rate increases considered annually under Bay Area SELPA Collaborative procedures.

Contract
