Initial term runs August 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 and automatically renews for the next academic year on the same terms and conditions unless either party provides written notice of its desire to terminate at least 30 days prior to June 30, 2027. LVLC may terminate early with 30 days’ notice if Pre-K Counts funding is insufficient, reduced by more than 10%, or program needs change; the District may terminate with 30 days’ notice in case of required substantial repairs or as a remedy for default.
