The Legislature renewed a five-year intermunicipal agreement with Schuyler County under which Tompkins County’s Assigned Counsel Program will continue to provide conflict defender services in Schuyler County from 2026 through 2030. Schuyler County will reimburse Tompkins County a total of $622,511.80 over the term to cover all administrative costs.
