CWA Amends Wholesale Contract with Ben Davis

CWA Authority’s Board approved amendments to its wholesale wastewater Special Contract with Ben Davis Conservancy District to set a treatment rate of $2.8687 per 1,000 gallons starting January 1, 2027, pending Commission approval. The amended contract will remain in effect until CWA’s next base rate case while maintaining planned rate reductions for other customer classes.
