Erie enters Draco Pad operations agreement with Extraction

Erie approved an Agreement Regarding Draco Pad with Extraction Oil and Gas, Inc. as operator, coordinating continued operation and eventual abandonment of oil and gas facilities on the 7N Property and increasing the Town’s production share from Draco wells from 2% to 3%. Extraction is jointly and severally liable with SM Energy for certain contractual defaults and environmental obligations under the associated property and mineral exchange.
