Initial term from 8/1/2026 to 8/1/2027, automatically renewing for additional one-year terms unless either party provides written notice of intent to terminate at least 90 days prior to the end of the then-current term. Subject will provide updated pricing at least 90 days before the end of each term; if the District does not send written termination notice within the window, it is deemed to accept the latest pricing and the same number of Authorized Users. Renewal fees are due within 90 calendar days of the renewal date.
