This is Renewal Agreement Number Two to the original September 1, 2024 food service management agreement. The contract is renewed for one year with two additional one-year renewal options remaining, exercisable only by written, dated consent of both parties and contingent on satisfactory performance, available funding, mutual written agreement, and no material contract changes.
