The Tualatin City Council approved Resolution 5955-26 authorizing an intergovernmental agreement with Clean Water Services to supply recycled Class A water for irrigation at Tualatin Community Park at $1.00 per hundred cubic feet from 2026 through 2031. Clean Water Services will build and maintain the purple pipe connection, enabling the City to reduce potable water use and irrigation costs.
