District Extends Staffing Contract With ESS Support Services

Extended term July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027; automatically renews for additional one-year periods unless terminated with 90 days’ notice before end of fiscal school year

Base agreement term extended to June 30, 2027, with automatic one-year renewals unless either party provides written termination notice at least 90 days prior to the end of the fiscal school year. Pricing Addendum A is revised effective July 1, 2026 and will apply during the extended and any renewal terms unless modified by future addenda.
