Renewal

Initial term runs ten years from the later of equipment installation or delivery, after which the agreement automatically renews on a year-to-year basis unless either party provides written notice of intent to terminate at least 60 days prior to any anniversary date. Sponsor contracts survive termination and must be honored to their conclusion; Company may cancel an Equipment Addendum if initial advertising revenue does not cover equipment costs and renegotiation fails.
