SAUSD approves 2026-27 contract with Casa Pacifica

Parties acknowledge any subsequent Master Contract is to be renegotiated prior to June 30, 2027, with requests for renegotiation of rates due to Orange County Department of Education by January 31, 2027. If a new Master Contract is not fully executed within 90 days of issuance, new rates will not be retroactive and payments may cease until signature.
