Initial 2-year term from 2/1/2026 through 6/30/2027; thereafter renews automatically for successive one-year terms unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before any anniversary date. Annual agreement price may be adjusted at each anniversary to reflect increases in labor, material, and other costs and follows pricing under FSU’s ITN-6512-A contract.
