County and Spearfish share Central Square public safety system

Lawrence County and the City of Spearfish entered into an Agreement to Share Public Safety Resources using a Central Square Technologies software suite for CAD, RMS, JMS, and mobile functions. The County will own and administer the system and cover initial software, conversion, and training costs, while the City will contribute annual maintenance fees and future license costs under an auto-renewing annual term. The agreement is intended to standardize and improve public safety operations across both jurisdictions.
