Description

City staff recommends a three-year agreement with the County of Orange Sheriff-Coroner Department for law enforcement helicopter services, in a total amount not to exceed $731,775 from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029. The City Manager would also be authorized to approve subsequent annual amendments with up to 10 percent increases.
