Fuel supplier Jim Davis will purchase four new fueling carts for the Beaufort marina at $20,000 each, with F3 repaying the cost through a $0.50 per gallon fuel surcharge until the balance is cleared. The arrangement replaces a proposed perpetual five-cent per gallon fee and is expected to be fully repaid by July 2026.
