The City of South Gate approved Addendum No. 3 to Resolution 2021-61-CC and Addenda Nos. 3 and 4 to Transfer Agreement No. 2021RPLLARO5 with the Los Angeles County Flood Control District, authorizing the receipt of $692,000 in remaining Measure W Regional Program funds for the Urban Orchard Project for FY 2024/25 and 2025/26. These addenda continue implementation, operations, maintenance, and water quality monitoring under the original $5.44 million multi-year grant.
