Commission Subsidiary Formed To Operate Scenic Railroad

The CTSRR Commission established Cumbres Toltec Operating, LLC in December 2012 as a wholly-owned operating subsidiary to manage daily railroad operations and administrative support under an August 5, 2017 operating agreement. Commissioners retain governance and policy authority while CTO oversees train operations, staffing, and implementation of Commission objectives.
