The Albany City Council approved Resolution 2026-13 to waive formal bidding and authorize purchase of a five-year statewide Enterprise Level Agreement for Microsoft Office 365 GCC G5 and related cloud services from the California Department of Technology, in an amount not to exceed $700,000. The City Manager is empowered to execute the annual subscription to support citywide productivity and email systems.
