Interlocal Agreement For Texas Conviction Reporting System

The City of Lytle will consider entering into an interlocal cooperation contract with the Texas Department of Public Safety for use of the Texas Conviction Reporting (TXCR) application under Resolution #26-35. The agreement would authorize the City Administrator to execute all documents needed to implement the shared system.
