Description

Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement maintain a 287(g) Jail Enforcement Model Memorandum of Agreement effective May 28, 2025, authorizing trained sheriff’s personnel to perform specified immigration functions in county jail facilities. ICE provides training, IT infrastructure, and supervision, while the Sheriff’s Office supplies personnel and operating support.
