The City of Ventura will retroactively execute a ninth amendment to its EnerGov License and Services Migration Agreement 2018-023 with Tyler Technologies, Inc., providing three more years of service from April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2029 for up to $415,024 and a total contract cap of $2,131,192. Additional modifications of up to $30,000 are also authorized, raising the possible total to $2,161,192.
