The Port of Everett Commission is asked to authorize a Temporary Construction License Agreement with the City of Everett for utility upgrades and standpipe screening at Grand Avenue Park Bridge. Under the agreement, the City will reimburse the Port up to $150,000 for architectural screening costs, while the Port will manage procurement and installation within a defined construction window.
