The UW System Board of Regents approved a new dining services agreement for UW-Oshkosh with Aramark Educational Services, LLC, valued at an estimated $56.07 million over the contract term. Aramark will operate all campus dining, catering, and retail food services from May 27, 2026 through July 10, 2031, with two one-year renewal options and will invest $1.0 million in the campus.
