The Universal City Economic Development Corporation has engaged Kimley-Horn as its consultant to support and coordinate the application process for two major federal rail infrastructure grants. Kimley-Horn will provide program management, technical analysis, and grant writing services as part of an ongoing effort to enhance passenger and freight rail safety in the Aviation District.
