Description

Kansas City will enter into an agreement with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to accept and administer a $5,000,000.00 grant for the Kansas City Organic Waste Improvement Project from March 1, 2026 through February 28, 2029. The ordinance also establishes and appropriates the grant funds in the General Grants Fund.
