DuPage County approved a new Intergovernmental Delegation Agreement with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency for joint solid waste inspection and enforcement from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031, with reimbursement up to $95,381.13 based on expenditures. The agreement continues the County’s delegated inspection program at nonhazardous solid waste facilities.
