The Development Authority of Lawrenceville is entering into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Lawrenceville to accept transfer of three Pike Street outparcels for redevelopment in exchange for $10 and a commitment to remit all future sale, lease, or management proceeds back to the City. The agreement also terminates a prior 2022 IGA with the Downtown Development Authority concerning the same parcels.
