Thomasville is considering a Resolution of Intent to partner with P.A.C.E. Downtown Thomasville on revitalizing the historic Palace Theatre, committing $1 million in City general fund reserves as matching funds. P.A.C.E. will act as the lead nonprofit partner to raise additional public and private investment for the arts-focused redevelopment.
