Proposed LADWP land use agreement for Temescal recovery

MRCA’s Governing Board will consider entering into a land use agreement with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power at Temescal Gateway Park to restore and rehabilitate utility services and infrastructure damaged by the Palisades Fire. The agreement would facilitate coordinated recovery and utility improvements under Executive Order N-24-25.
