Description

The Village of Cary awarded a redevelopment agreement to JM Developers, LLC in January 2026 for the Cary Station planned unit development (PUD) at 422 Krenz Avenue. The project covers redevelopment of the former Maplewood School site for a mixed-type, 280-unit residential community with associated infrastructure to be installed by the developer and some improvements funded by TIF. The anticipated buildout period is about two years.
