Summit County Council authorized the Executive to enter into a five-year sublease agreement with the City of Akron for 7,936 square feet of office space in the Pry Building, with base rent totaling approximately $408,267.84 over the term plus proportional Additional Rent. The space will continue to house the City of Akron's Utilities Business Office from February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2031.
