Douglas staff presented an MOU under which the City will invest $1,000,000 in an account it manages and remit quarterly interest earnings to the Laramie Peak Humane Society for animal shelter operations and maintenance. The principal remains City-owned, and the arrangement continues until either party terminates the MOU.
