Wesley has the right and option to renew the Agreement for one additional year, dependent on premises availability and subject to District approval, by providing notice to the District by May 1, 2029; the District must notify Wesley by June 1, 2029 if it intends to reject the renewal request. The District may also terminate for convenience on June 30 of any calendar year with 60 days’ notice.
