Description

The Washburn University Board of Regents ratified an emergency purchase of a Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer from Bruker Biospin Corporation for $285,505 to replace a failed 2007 Varian unit. The acquisition, funded largely by a Kansas biomedical research grant, followed a compressed quotation process in which Bruker submitted the lowest comparable bid.
