Clean Vessel Act Program Administered Under New Contract

The Delta Conservancy executed an interagency contract with the California Department of Parks and Recreation’s Division of Boating and Waterways to administer the 2026 Clean Vessel Act Grant Program starting January 1, 2026. Under the agreement, Conservancy staff are surveying pumpout and dump stations and overseeing updates to the Delta pumpout guide for boaters.
