Haledon Public School District Awards Professional Services Contract to Passaic County Manchester Regional High School District Board of Education (July 2026)

$130,000 for the 2026-2027 school year; subsequent years equal to one half of the salary and standard benefits payable to the school business administrator/board secretary by Manchester, adjusted annually based on actual health benefit premiums

July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2031; payable in 12 equal monthly installments each year, with either party able to terminate upon six months’ written notice

Initial term runs July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031, with renewal at the exclusive discretion of both parties. Notice of intent to renew must be provided in writing by December 31, 2030, and either party may terminate early by giving at least six months’ written notice (on or before December 31 of the prior year). Annual payment amounts for each successive school year must be agreed upon by May 15 of the preceding school year.
