The Huntsville City Council will consider authorizing the City Manager to execute two long-term parking area lease agreements with Gibbs Brothers & Company for Sallie E. Gibbs Park, an adjacent alleyway, and a public parking lot at 1118 1/2 Sam Houston Avenue. The leases run for 20 years with a 10-year renewal option, require no rent payments, and assign routine maintenance to the City with major repairs shared 50/50.
