The Monterey County Workforce Development Board plans to extend its agreement with Arbor E&T, dba Equus Workforce Solutions, for $1,300,000 to provide WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker case management services from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. Funding will support services for 337 Adults and 75 Dislocated Workers.
