Stow is working with Fuss & O'Neill under an existing contract to restore the former outdoor driving range at Randall Woods Park to wetland. The project, supported by $150,000 in CPA funds and an anticipated $1.7 million state grant, is part of the state’s first inland In Lieu Fee Wetland Restoration initiative with construction projected to begin in 2027.
