Per Sonoma Municipal Code 19.56.040, the Planning Commission may grant only one one-year extension if the permittee has proceeded in good faith and exercised due diligence. This action would extend Tentative Subdivision Map, Use Permit, Planned Development Permit, Design Review, Lot Line Adjustment, and Demolition Permit approvals (UA-23-36) for one additional year beyond their June 18, 2026 expiration.
