The City's Department of Health and Social Services (Department of Health), in partnership with Sacred Heart University, the Health Improvement Alliance (HIA), Lighthouse After School Program, the Bridgeport Board of Education, and Bridgeport Police Department will follow the Stanford Medicine Tobacco Prevention Program curriculum and propose to implement the "Stop before You Drop" Project in Bridgeport.
