The Historic Preservation Commission will consider a façade grant of up to $2,250 for Mark Weiss to install a new awning at The Plush Horse Bourbon and Martini Lounge at 532 N. Pine Street, covering up to half of the $4,500 project cost. The grant would be reimbursed after permits, inspections, and documentation requirements are met within a 12-month completion window.
