Jefferson County is considering approval of the Wild Horse Metropolitan District Service Plan, under which Wadsworth Capital VI LLC’s residential project would be financed through up to $13 million in district bonds to fund roughly $10.4 million of public improvements. The district would levy up to 75 mills in property taxes over an estimated 40-year period to repay the debt and cover operations.
