Charter may be renewed pursuant to Florida Statutes 1002.33 or 1002.331. The Sponsor must provide programmatic review notice by September 15 of the final academic year and notify the Governing Board of renewal, non-renewal, or termination at least 90 days before June 30, 2031. After June 30, 2031, the charter continues month-to-month until renewal, non-renewal, or termination is finalized.
