Renewal

Agreement may be terminated for convenience by either party with 90 days’ written notice. Zen Educate may update the Rate Card annually with at least 30 days’ prior notice; updated rates take effect automatically unless the Customer terminates before the effective date. Temp-to-perm conversion fees start at $5,000 per educator and decrease by $28 per full day worked via Zen until reaching $0 after 180 days (one school year), with a rebate schedule if the educator leaves the direct hire role within the first 10 weeks.
